Create Your Account

  1. 1 Go to heyturk.com and click Get Started.
  2. 2 Fill in your name, email, and password, then click Register.
  3. 3 Check your email and enter the 6-digit verification code.
  4. 4 You are now logged in as a student.

Browse & Enroll in a Course

  1. 1 Click Courses in the top navigation.
  2. 2 Browse available courses and click one to see its details.
  3. 3 Click Enroll Now to join, or Start Free Trial for a trial session.
  4. 4 Complete payment via Stripe or PayPal to confirm your enrollment.

Book a Session

  1. 1 Go to My Dashboard → Bookings.
  2. 2 Choose an available time slot offered by your assigned teacher.
  3. 3 Click Book to confirm the session.
  4. 4 You will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom or Google Meet link.

Manage Payments

  1. 1 Go to My Dashboard → Payments to view all transactions.
  2. 2 If your course offers installments, you can pay in parts from this page.
  3. 3 Click Pay Now next to a pending installment to complete it.

Access Lessons & Files

  1. 1 Go to My Courses and select your enrolled course.
  2. 2 Click Lessons to view lesson notes and recordings uploaded by your teacher.
  3. 3 Click Files to download course materials.

Download Your Certificate

  1. 1 After your teacher marks your course as completed, a certificate is issued automatically.
  2. 2 Go to My Dashboard and look for the certificate notification.
  3. 3 Click Download Certificate to save your PDF certificate.

Rate Your Course

  1. 1 Go to My Courses and open the course you want to review.
  2. 2 Scroll to the bottom and click Leave a Review.
  3. 3 Choose a star rating and write an optional comment, then submit.
